Yes. We convert standard-lift overhead garage doors to high-lift or full vertical-lift configurations. This is commonly needed when installing a 2-post or 4-post car hoist — the door track must be redirected so the door panels travel vertically instead of swinging back into the ceiling. We re-angle the track, extend the vertical risers, rebalance the torsion springs, and upgrade the operator to a jackshaft unit (side-mounted) for maximum ceiling clearance. Yes. We coordinate new opening cuts through concrete tilt-up and poured concrete warehouse walls. The process involves structural assessment, diamond saw cutting, lintel/beam installation, and full door and operator fit-out.
