Manaras Opera series operators run a lot of warehouse and loading bay doors throughout Metro Vancouver — common on facilities built in the 1990s and 2000s. Solid units, but they get neglected until they fail, and by then it is typically an emergency call with a truck waiting at the dock.

Most common Manaras faults: unit hums but does not move (worn sprocket or seized gearbox), door opens halfway and stops (limit switch), chain loose enough to slap the housing (wear, straightforward fix), wall station giving random commands (wiring or logic board).
