CCGDS was built for Metro Vancouver's industrial and commercial market — not residential. We don't install or repair home garage doors. Every technician on our team works exclusively on commercial and industrial overhead doors: sectional panels, roll-up shutters, fire doors, high-speed doors, loading dock levellers, and commercial operators from LiftMaster, Manaras, and Hörmann.
Our base is in Richmond, which puts us inside a 20-minute drive of the core industrial corridors — Richmond's Shell Road and Viking Way, Delta's Tilbury, Burnaby's Still Creek, Vancouver's east-side industrial blocks, and Surrey's 104th Avenue warehouse district.
We started with a single van and two technicians. The team now handles hundreds of calls a year: emergency breakdowns, scheduled maintenance contracts, new installations, and dock equipment service. The model hasn't changed — direct technicians, no subcontracting, and parts carried on the truck.
