A commercial door that does not seal properly lets in cold air, water, rodents, and dust. In a heated shop, a failed bottom seal is a real operating cost. In a strata parkade, a door that does not seal against rain creates water intrusion on the ground floor. Seals are maintenance items — they compress and deform over time and need periodic replacement.

We replace bottom seals, side seals, top seals, and threshold seals on commercial overhead doors. Bottom seal replacement is a short job when the door section itself is undamaged. When the bottom section has been clipped by a vehicle and bent, we replace section and seal together so the door actually closes flat against the floor.
