Insulated steel sectional doors
Best for: Warehouses, loading bays, auto shops, fleet garages, strata parkade entries — anywhere the door cycles all day and the building is heated.
- Hörmann 440U / 450U — pan or sandwich construction, polyurethane insulation, FingerGuard section joints.
- Amarr polyurethane — 2042 (20-ga, 2"), 2442 (24-ga, 2"), 2742 (27-ga, 2"), 2741 (27-ga, 1-3/8"), 2743 (27-ga three-layer, 3" polyurethane, Amarr's highest thermal rating), 2448 smooth flush; see all Amarr commercial doors.
- Amarr polystyrene / ribbed — 2432 and 2732 (2" polystyrene), 2002 and 2402 heavy-duty ribbed steel, 2502 medium-duty.
- Raynor — ThermaSeal TM200/TM220/TM224 polyurethane, TH160 thermal sectional, EnergyCore EC200/EC224 polystyrene, SteelPro hot-dip galvanized.

Full-view aluminum and glass doors
Best for: Showrooms, restaurants and breweries with patio openings, car dealerships, fire halls, gyms — anywhere you want daylight and a view of what's inside.
- Hörmann 720A — 1-3/4" extruded aluminum, clear-anodized glazed frames, nine glazing options.
- Hörmann 750A — 2" heavy-duty full-view aluminum for larger or harder-working openings.
- Amarr 3552 — 2" extruded aluminum full-view, stile-and-rail, with the 3502 as its sibling model.
- Raynor AlumaView — AV300 (3"), AV200 (2") and AV175 (1-3/4") rail-and-stile aluminum.

Rolling steel doors, grilles and counter shutters
Best for: Parkade entries, storefronts, loading bays with no ceiling room for track, fire-rated separations, service counters and concessions.

Loading dock doors and dock equipment
Best for: Distribution centres, food and cold-storage warehouses, manufacturing plants, big-box receiving docks.
- Dock doors — insulated sectional (Hörmann 440U/450U, Amarr 2742/2743, Raynor ThermaSeal) sized to the dock opening, with high-lift track where trailers back in under the header.
- Dock equipment — Hörmann dock levelers (HLS2-P hinged lip, HTL2 tapered lip, mechanical MRS-V), dock seals and shelters (DSL, Model 100/200 cushion seals), dock restraints and LED dock lights.

Three quick answers and we'll tell you where we'd start. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a quote — the site measure decides the final spec.
Custom sizes and door replacement
A commercial door is not an off-the-shelf product. We measure the width, height, headroom, side room and backroom of the opening, check how the building is framed and what the floor does, and order the door and track to those numbers. Odd widths, extra-tall bays, low-headroom parkades and oversize openings are everyday work. Vision lites, pass doors, exhaust ports, colours and glazing are chosen with you before the order goes in.
Replacing an existing door? We take the old door, track and springs down, haul them away, repair or re-frame the jambs if the old hardware chewed them up, and install the new door on the same visit wherever the structure allows. Commercial garage door installation on an occupied building is planned around your hours so the bay is not down during business.

Do you install new commercial garage doors, or only repair them?
Both. Commercial garage door installation is a core part of what we do: we measure the opening, order the door and operator to that size, remove and haul away the old door, and install, balance and test the new one. Repair, maintenance and 24/7 service continue after the install.
Can you make a custom-size commercial door?
Yes. Every commercial door we install is ordered to the opening we measure on site, so odd widths, extra height, low headroom and oversize openings are handled with the right lift type and track rather than a standard-size compromise. Hörmann HDXL rubber doors go up to 50 ft wide.
Which brands do you install?
Amarr, Hörmann and Raynor commercial doors, with LiftMaster, Manaras and GDI operators. We are a dealer for all six brands and service them afterward.
Will the new door come with an operator?
It can. We pair the operator to the door weight, lift type and how many times a day the door cycles — a LiftMaster medium-duty jackshaft for a shop that opens a dozen times a day is a different machine from a Manaras OSH or GDI JHMG-VC on a parkade gate cycling hundreds of times a day.
Can I see what a new door would look like on my building first?
Yes. Our commercial door designer lets you upload a photo of your building, line up the opening and try sectional, full-view, rolling steel and grille doors in your own colours, then download a 4K picture for the owners or strata council or send it to us for a quote.
