This is the step most door companies skip or hand off without managing:
- Torsion spring hardware anchors to the header. A bent or cracked header cannot hold the anchor correctly under spring tension — a serious safety risk.
- Door tracks must be plumb and square relative to the rough opening. A deformed opening makes correct track alignment impossible.
