27 gauge heavy-duty with 2″ polyurethane foam, R-19.4. Similar performance to 2442 at a lighter gauge — good choice for applications where extreme steel thickness isn't required.

Medium-duty 27 gauge with 1⅜″ polyurethane foam, R-14.5. For light commercial and strata applications where some insulation is needed but budget and door weight are considerations.

24 gauge with 2″ polystyrene insulation, R-9.4. Pencil groove stucco panel. Cost-effective insulated option for semi-conditioned spaces, storage facilities, and commercial bays where R-9 is sufficient.
