Adds a drum-band solenoid brake to the OTH for positive door-hold when the motor isn’t running. The door holds cleanly under load rather than relying only on spring balance. For active loading dock doors and applications where door drift without active braking would be an issue.

Worm gear drivetrain in trolley format — inherently self-locking, drum-band solenoid brake. For very heavy industrial standard-lift sectional doors where the trolley sees serious sustained loads. For industrial buildings with very large, heavy doors exceeding commercial-duty trolley ratings.

For strata parkades with high daily cycle requirements. Low headroom, drum-shoe solenoid brake with low-vibration braking system — reduces noise and mechanical stress. Smoother stop action than the standard OTBH, less hardware wear, longer service intervals.

Noise-reduction features reduce overall emissions by a factor of 4 vs a standard commercial unit. For strata parkades in Vancouver and Burnaby where residents are close to the parkade entry and noise is an active issue.

The Silencio® with solenoid brake. Factor-of-4 noise reduction plus drum-shoe solenoid brake and low-vibration braking system. The most complete noise-reduction package in the Manaras trolley line for strata parkades.

Combines Silencio® factor-of-4 noise reduction with speed-managing soft-start and soft-stop. Drum-band solenoid brake, low-vibration braking system. For strata buildings with properly balanced doors that need both noise control and the smoothest possible operation.

Up to 2× the speed of a standard Manaras trolley. Soft-start and soft-stop at 19″/sec. Drum-band solenoid brake. For high-throughput facilities where door speed directly affects operational efficiency — cold storage entries, busy distribution docks, and high-cycle loading applications.
