What are your emergency service hours?

We answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including stat holidays. If a loading dock door fails at 2 AM or a parkade entrance is stuck open at midnight, call (604) 206-5727. There is no after-hours answering service; you reach us directly.

How fast can you get to us?

For calls in Richmond and the Bridgeport industrial area, we are typically on site within 30 to 45 minutes. Across Metro Vancouver we aim for under two hours. We stock parts on the truck — springs, cables, rollers, and common operator components — so most repairs are completed in a single visit.

Do you only work on commercial doors, or residential too?

Accepted Answer

Commercial only. We do not service residential garage doors. That focus means our trucks are stocked for heavy-duty torsion springs, commercial operators, and high-cycle hardware — not the lighter residential equivalents that most companies carry.

Do you work with strata property managers?

Accepted Answer

What brands of commercial door operators do you service?

Accepted Answer

We service and supply LiftMaster commercial operators (J Series, H Series, MAXUM DC jackshaft and trolley), Manaras Opera operators (OMH, OMJ, OPH, OPJ, OTBH, OTH), and Hörmann door systems. We carry parts for all of these on the truck.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for warehouses?

Yes. We hold maintenance agreements with warehouses and distribution facilities in Richmond and Burnaby — scheduled visits covering spring tension, cable condition, roller wear, operator function, and weather seal. Each visit comes with a written condition report. Contact us to discuss what a contract looks like for your facility.

Can you replace just one broken panel on a sectional door?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes — if the panel is still available from the manufacturer. We carry common Hörmann and Amarr sections and can often replace a damaged panel without pulling the whole door. If the section is discontinued, we will tell you upfront rather than waste your time.

Do you replace commercial garage door springs?

Accepted Answer

Commercial torsion spring replacement is one of our most frequent calls. We replace springs in matched pairs every time — not just the one that broke. Springs are sized to the door weight, not guessed. We carry standard and high-cycle springs on the truck for most commercial door sizes.
